Connect Glean

Connect Glean so daily use of the Glean Assistant shows in Flowstate Helm, next to your other AI tools. Flowstate only reads from Glean.

You need access to manage AI providers. Ask your Flowstate admin.

Before you start

  • In Glean: a Glean admin to approve Flowstate’s access.

Connect Glean

Glean connects in one click. You sign in to Glean and approve, with no key or token to copy.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations, select Browse catalog and open Glean.
  2. Select Connect. Glean opens.
  3. Sign in and approve Flowstate’s access to assistant usage. You come back to Flowstate.

What syncs

  • Daily totals of Glean Assistant use, one complete day at a time.
  • No conversations, prompts or per-person content.
  • Nothing goes back to Glean.

These are usage counts, not costs. Glean’s cost comes from your contract. Add it in Flowstate Helm so the seats are priced. See Track tools, contracts and savings.
