Integrations
Connect Flowstate to the apps you already use. AI services bring in what you spend on AI, your project tool and GitHub bring in the work, your HR system keeps people up to date, and Slack delivers messages. Flowstate only reads from your apps. It doesn’t change your projects, repositories or AI accounts, unless your organisation has giving and removing AI tools switched on and an admin uses it.
You need access to integrations. Ask your Flowstate admin.
Add your people to Flowstate before you connect anything else, by loading them or by syncing your HR system. Flowstate matches accounts in your apps to people by email address. See People and teams.
How apps connect
| How | What you do | Apps |
|---|---|---|
| One click | Select Connect, sign in to the app and approve. There’s nothing to copy. | GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Linear, Asana, Trello, Slack, HubSpot, Glean |
| A key from the app | An admin of the app creates a key or token, and you paste it into Flowstate once. Flowstate checks it before saving. | Claude, OpenAI Platform API, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Mistral, Fireworks AI, ElevenLabs, Intercom Fin, Azure DevOps, Jira Data Center |
| Your cloud account’s IDs | You give Flowstate read access in your cloud account, then paste the IDs Flowstate asks for. No secret is shared. | Gemini API and Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock |
| Set up with your Flowstate contact | Your technical team and your Flowstate contact set up a sync. | HR systems |
Each app’s page says exactly what you need and where to find it.
Where you connect
- In Flowstate Helm, go to Settings → Connections and select Add connection. This lists the AI services Flowstate Helm reads.
- In Organisation, go to Organisation → Integrations.
- In Workforce, go to Settings → Integrations and select Browse catalog. Under Filter by capability, choose what you’re after, such as Project management or AI spend, then open the app.
Claude Platform, Claude Enterprise, OpenAI Platform, GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Windsurf connect from any of these. Every other app connects from Settings → Integrations.
Once connected, Settings → Integrations lists the app with its Status and Last sync. Select Configure on its row to change its settings.
